Terms of service
Home access
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled window, whether in person, by lockbox, smart lock or door code supplied in your booking.
Pets and animals
All pets and animals must be secured for the duration of the visit. Cleaners may reschedule a visit if animals are loose and the environment is unsafe.
Payments
A 30% deposit is collected to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due when the cleaner marks the job complete. Quotes are fixed based on the square footage shown at approval.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your window. Within 24 hours the deposit is retained to compensate the cleaner's reserved time.
Independent contractors
Cleaners are independent professionals who use the Spotless platform to find work. Spotless screens cleaners but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; report any issue within 48 hours and we will work to make it right.
